FOPO II., s.r.o., is a stable and reliable partner focusing on the sales of new and used vehicles and after sales services.
A total of 131 solar panels with the total capacity of 29.9 kWp located on the roof of the vehicle repair shop of FOPO II. in Pelhřimov originally represented a financial investment. Over time, however, panels have become a source of efficiently produced energy for direct consumption in the vehicle repair shop. Currently the savings in costs total CZK 10 thousand monthly. As a result, no excess generated electricity is routed into the grid. Furthermore, during the installation of the new photovoltaic system, it was not even necessary to interrupt the normal operation of the vehicle repair shop.
The association of owners of apartments in a new residential building in Prague 7 includes more than 100 apartments, underground garages with air conditioning and a small garden with a fountain.
ČEZ ESCO, a.s. has performed an objective assessment of the state of technology in common areas and recommended how to make the operation of the entire property more efficient. In co-operation with a subcontractor, ČEZ ESCO, a.s. carried out a “mini audit” of the building with the emphasis on low-cost measures and the evaluation of potential investments. After inspecting all technologies, energy-saving measures were proposed with the total cost savings of CZK 30,000 per year.
Lochkov Lofts is a residential development consisting of 76 original apartments located on the site of a former chicory factory, later rebuilt into a brewery and a malt plant.
ČEZ ESCO, a. s. secured significant energy savings for the Lochkov Lofts residential complex. Reconstruction of the lighting of the common areas (garages, courtyard and historical chimneys) was carried out, including festive and Christmas lighting options. Lower electricity consumption and operating expenses were achieved thanks to the installation of modern LED lamps with a long useful life. Furthermore, energy (electricity, gas) costs optimization was carried out within the premises by changing suppliers.
Thanks to its historical monuments and the beautiful surrounding countryside, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem has become an attractive destination for holidays, recreation and outings.
The district heating system in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem was extended by the installation of a cogeneration unit, resulting in a connection of the existing biomass source and the natural gas cogeneration technology. The construction included a complete reconstruction of the place where the unit was installed, the installation of the cogeneration unit and the new back-up natural gas boiler.
