EPC stands for “Energy Performance Contract”. These are, therefore, energy services with a guaranteed result according to the law. That is why we are able to guarantee you a minimum level of operating cost savings in advance. In addition, we will enable you to increase the effectiveness of your operation in the long run or, for example, to transfer all the financial and technical risks associated with the project to your supplier.

A novelty is the PDB cost-saving measure (Performance design & build) – design and construction of an energy-effective building with its guaranteed low operating costs.
